You Have a 48 Hour “Exchange Period” If for some reason you find the The instrument is not acceptable Due to Manufacture defects you may exchange the instrument for another of equal value or more.
If the replacement instrument you choose is less you may make up the difference in accessories.
If the instrument you choose is more, Then the difference must be paid by the customer in Full.
We will not be responsible for any shipping charges of any kind.
Defective instruments must be returned in the same condition as when purchased from our store NO Exceptions.
If there is a defect in a new instrument that you acquired from our store, we will be glad to package the item for shipment back to The manufacturer if the original invoice is shown.
You have a 48 hour Approval time on Used Instruments sold via INTERNET. If the instrument is not as described, your money will be refunded once the return of the instrument is completed.
If you choose to return a used instrument for any reason You are responsible for shipping and insurance cost for return shipping to our store.
Please ship the item or items back in the original container and packaging in the same manner it was packed.
